Return & refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations except in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item.

If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@wildsfamily.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a return is required, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review your claim and, if approved, will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than product defects, damage in transit, or fulfillment errors. This includes, without limitation, returns due to taste preferences, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

All gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect any item we have asked you to return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
